THE ITALIAN TIRAMISU
Quick and yummy recipe to make a real tiramisu…suggested from a real italian!
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- sugar
- mascarpone cheese
- ladyfingers
- coffee
- cocoa powder
Method
- Mix the egg yolks with mascarpone cheese and five spoons of sugar until you obtain a homogeneous cream.
- Carefully whip the egg whites until the foam is fully soft.
- Pour the whipped whites into the creamy mixture, and stir.
- Dip the ladyfingers into a basin of coffee and place them in a baking tin. That will be the first layer!
- Pour some of your cream on top of the first layer of ladyfingers.
- Repeat the 4th and 5th passage again.
- Place a light amount of cocoa powder on top of your cream, put it in the fridge and...

Little suggestion by the Master chef:
Don't put the eggs in the fridge before using them, or your perfect dessert will turn into a disaster...believe me, I've been in that situation!
